Zomato Food on Train Feature failed me.(App Glitch)
- I ordered food on the train using my PNR.
- Due to an app glitch, it wasn't registered as a train order on the delivery person's phone (my app showed everything as normal).
- At the station, I called the delivery person, and he told me that this wasn't a train order.
- I complained to Zomato, and they said they would provide a refund.
- However, the next available station isn't for at least 2–3 hours 🫠, so I have to stay hungry just because of the app issues.
