Looking for a Speech to Text tool for Hindi / Hinglish words appear as I speak. So many builders here, can you recommend a tool please? :)

I have tried WhisprFlow, ChatGPT mic etc. What they do is record the entire audio, then transcribe it to words.

I'm looking for a tool that transcribes as I speak. So that I can remember by train of thought, and can also speak in bit and pieces, not all together.
