Anyone else having abnormal weekly traffic spikes on the same day weekly?

Does anyone else notice any odd traffic spikes? Normally, I wouldn't put on my tin foil hat for variation in traffic, but the spikes shown in the picture ( https://imgur.com/FpBogsj ) the same time every week. Monday night going into Tuesday, so it's not like a weekend surge in traffic. I've been watching it the last few weeks out of curiosity, and it seems to happen specifically late at night. I'll check the traffic before I go to bed around 11 P.M. and it looks completely normal (granted I don't know if there is a delay in how that data shows up), but sure enough, I look Tuesday morning, and there's the spike.

I guess I dont have any real questions. I just feel like a massive surge like that happening Every single Monday evening, like clockwork, is a weird pattern. Does anyone else's traffic chart have weird spikes on Monday?

Question for TCG sellers who use Variation listings.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone else seen a dramatic decline in sales from bulk variation listings?

I've generally always held an 8-10% sales conversion rate, mostly due to my bulk variation listings. For the last month, my variation listing sales have almost fallen off the planet, going from a consistent 8-10% sales conversion rate monthly as mentioned, to suddenly 3.6% and still dropping. Im used to fluctuations, but this is pretty extreme.

Despite the massive drop in sales conversion rate, which is solely from the dissapearance of my bulk variation sales. my overall impressions are up 11.7% and views are up 4.6% during the same 30 day period. My regular Single card listings and Graded card listings seem to still be doing solid.

Just seems weird to me that everything seems normal except my Bulk variation listings. Any other TCG seller that uses variation listings experience the same? Just curious before I throw on my tin foil hat and start ripping listings apart.
