Battery was running low, so I stopped in San Ramon to charge, never seen these kind of charges before

I was able to pick these up from the super nice gentleman today on Facebook marketplace I got five for 30$

Bought it from a random lids like two years ago there was two more in store. I regret not just picking them all up. I usually buy multiple of items that I really like anyone have any info on this hat I can’t find it anywhere. It’s my favorite hat in my collection
