Is a 2013 GS350 with 4 minor damage incidents concerning on the Carfax?

Otherwise the Service history looks good and sold by reputable dealer. Although I prefer California Cars, this one came from FL and TX. I am a little worried because I don’t know if these states have more lax Title Rules regarding damage etc.

It has like 4 minor damage events and 188K miles is this a decent deal considering the times? I usually stick to California cars. Worried some shady things may have happened in TX and FL. It has a good service history otherwise.
