Butch summer ideas?

My wife is looking to branch out into more comfortable clothes and other styles that work for hot weather. I would love some suggestions on brands or looks you think might work, and to get her something as a surprise since she hates shopping. She's average/athletic build, tall, butch or soft butch, uncomfortable in anything feminine. Normal outfit is men's black skinny or bootcut jeans, black men's t-shirt, black combat boots or tennis shoes. She expressed interest in something like a tanktop with a loose long sleeve open shirt over (something flowy like linen but easier to care for). Loose drawstring pants similar material to the shirt. Pants need to have pockets. Her build fits men's clothing best. She also needs new comfortable tennis shoes or sandals and wants something masculine looking but not ugly.

Would love any ideas for brands, terms I can google, or pics of outfit inspo.

Should I buy this property?

My wife and I are casual homesteaders. We do grow most of our food already on a very very tiny plot of rented land using permaculture food forest techniques, and we are very into automation and technology. We work from home and DIY most things. I live to garden and want the possibility of small livestock like chickens maybe a couple mini sheep someday.

We are debating putting an offer on a property. In some ways it's much better than we imagined, and some ways possibly a dealbreaker. The main problem is the lot is very sloped. It has recently been modified to make it more usable (not much else we can do about the slope, they've created some flat areas, but some aren't fixable), full fancy new drip irrigation setup, some established fruit trees, a giant caged raised garden bed with irrigation. They also set up solar/battery/EV charging and the estimated output is slightly more than our standard usage. They did a ton of stuff to make the house more efficient and honestly it's absolutely beautiful. It's bigger than we wanted, but downstairs is a full ADU with an area that can become a large workshop for projects. There is a ton of natural light.

In addition to the sloped lot the main problem is the yard is just ugly. The lot is shaped weird and it's hard to make use of spaces and will take a lot or work to make it a nice welcoming place to hang out. I do think I can easily wrangle enough food out of this land for us and any family/friends visiting, and have space for at least chickens and a dog, but not sheep or anything larger. The main sloped area I was thinking densely planted orchard + chickens, and fence it in. I assume chickens do fine on a slope.

The property is a bit more than we'd like to pay but we can afford it. It's also a lot closer to town than we expected (10 minute drive to a major city + 10min other direction to our favorite city) but extremely quiet considering. It does have a very nice south facing view down a hill, so there's a lot of light. It's a flag shaped lot, but the area along the long driveway would work as an additional orchard or for edible succulents like nopales so we don't need to mess with it.

We're really not sure if the yard is a dealbreaker. There's a lot of potential but it doesn't feel welcoming compared to other places. The house is reallllly nice though, and all the stuff the last owners did were exactly things we were going to do eventually but they did a nicer job. I guess when I think of finally owning land I want to be able to sit on my porch and admire my hard work, not look at a small cramped section of it at a time. Also the idea of not having the potential for sheep (even though it's probably not a good idea) feels sad to me. The lot is 0.56 acres but the buildings + driveway use a large chunk of it. Only a very small percent of the land is flattened.

Looking for something like this in cotton.

Does anyone know of a company that makes a dress like this but in a natural fabric. Prefer black cotton jersey knit. Something like t-shirt material would be great. Specifically I love the shape of the dress and how they did the slit up the side with a bit of overlap. Don't care how the top looks. Must be black and at least a little stretchy.

Face Blindness is annoying

So I have face blindness (very difficult to differentiate between faces of people) which leads to a lot of people getting mad at me because remembering if you've met someone is a huge part of friendly social interaction. If they see me in public they think I'm ignoring them on purpose to be mean. Not being able to associate face + name is also considered rude (I have very poor verbal/auditory memory so I struggle to remember names too).

Thankfully, I do have a really really good visual memory, so I can do my best to try to remember things about people so I can hopefully recognize them later. It's not intuitive and it fails a lot, but it sort of works. One funny upside is I've gotten really good at distinguishing between animals, even ones that look extremely similar. For example, there's 40+ squirrels in my neighborhood and I can differentiate them from each other pretty well. My wife thinks I'm messing with her but they look about as different as people and in some ways are easier because you can stare at them without them feeling uncomfortable. Plus they don't change clothes and haircut all the time.

Anyone else notice anything similar? Any techniques for remembering people's faces or dealing with associated social awkwardness?

What would need to change for polygamy to be legal?

I'm talking legally, not culturally. Inheritance, medical decisions, health insurance, child custody, immigration? Would it be possible for a large number of people to marry to exploit a marriage loophole?
