First time with ducks, specifically 2 eggs

I went to get eggs from a local and she had 2 that were fertile almost ready to hatch. I got the one she helped put a hole in moistened with coconut oil and into my incubator (I have reptiles that I incubate the eggs) maybe an hour later I had a little baby. So from candling it and all the rabbit holes I went down online the second one pipped the sac the morning before I picked them up. After 48 hrs I put a hole into the air pocket like instructed, however the sac was shrink wrapped like the other one so I moistened it with coconut oil as it was whit white. After I noticed all the veins not drained in the sac, it’s chirping and still chewing. I have a piece of paper towel over the hole and the incubator is staying at a consistent 75-80 humidity and 98 degrees. I’m worried and not sure what steps to take minus letting it be in the incubator. Any advice would be greatly appreciated… attached is a pic of baby beep beep, would be awesome if someone could identify the breed. It was a huge baby in a small egg I’m leaning towards Rouen the body color isn’t dark more like a grayish brown but it has fabulous eyeliner 😅

Real estate legal advice?

So we purchased a home in March escrow closed we paid for all the inspections, we paid the septic company $400 the seller paid them $200 for a clean out. Two days living in the house and I needed Plumber. I was aware of 2 issues fixable we agreed to fix since seller paid for the roofs I have the report for this. So the plumber had to come clean out what was supposed to already be cleaned out BUT plumber asked if we did an inspection I said yes he said no way should this have passed I showed him the paperwork. I called septic company she was busy called me the next day and started with the inspection papers say this and this needed to be replaced followed by I’m not trying to be rude but those were listed . I just explained the fact that the pump float never goes down and just running my water constantly is an issue also the fact that there is a TIRE RIM in my septic and the pipes go down towards the house instead of up so it actually works correctly. I just said I’m not trying to be rude call the plumber there’s way more to this than those 2 fixes.plumber talked to her and the guy that did the inspection, he told him that he didn’t know where the clean out was (closer to the house) but he was on vacation and told him he’d contact him back.this was 2nd week in April. They haven’t contacted either of us I feel like they are hoping we just take the hit ourselves. I don’t have a lawyer not sure if we have the correct one in this area to talk to (Northern California) would I have any standing to make them help with repairs? This was prior to the 30 days after close being done. This company I found out has been sued before. Should I get a lawyer before I show up to their business? I’m so frustrated with this i honestly don’t know what to do
