My grandma’s cousin owns this tape and would like a digital version. Can anyone assist me in finding out wether or not this is available to download somewhere?

How do I resolve these marks? 0.1mm layer height, Z Hop set to 0.2mm. Outer/inner print order. Slicer is Orca, using a Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro with Flashforge PLA Pro + filament
