DJI just officially announced the OP4 Pro for May 14th in Cannes! But what about US buyers?

Just saw the official announcement. DJI is unveiling the Pocket 4 Pro on May 14th at the Cannes. But honestly... with the current US ban situation, how are we even supposed to get this without losing our minds over warranties?
What do you think about it?

It feels like 2026 is the year the pocket gimbal market completely shifted. Single lenses are out, and dual-lens setups are the new standard. But right now, the market is in a weird waiting period. Here is where we stand:

  1. Insta360 Luna: It's right around the corner. Review videos are already popping up everywhere on YouTube. The 10-bit color and software features look interesting, but it's still their very first attempt at a mechanical pocket gimbal.

  2. DJI OP4 Pro: We all know it's coming, and the rumor mill is crazy right now. But the elephant in the room is the US ban.

  3. Xtra Muse 2 Pro: Xtra just officially confirmed it's coming to the US market.

We know all three will rock a dual-lens setup. Even though the final specs for DJI and Xtra aren't fully leaked yet, I'm curious where everyone stands.

For those holding out, what is the ONE specific feature that will decide your purchase? Are you waiting for a true 1-inch sensor? Better heat management? Or is physical motor reliability your top priority?

For everyone mourning the fact that the DJI Pocket 4 Pro probably won't see the light of day in the US due to the ongoing regulatory mess, I have some great news.

On April 24th, Xtra officially put out an announcement confirming the Muse 2 Pro is entering the US market. https://www.instagram.com/p/DXgqGoRjXgU/
If you look at the teasers, the specs align with all the OP4 Pro leaks we've been tracking.

But here is the absolute best part: they are teasing a White colorway.

Honestly, I’ve wanted a white DJI Pocket for years to escape that standard dark grey.

Is anyone else planning on grabbing this "loophole" camera instead of settling for older gear or the Insta360 Luna? And who else is voting for the white version?

Now that the Insta360 Luna is officially out with its dual-lens setup, the bar for the next generation seems to be set. But with all the rumors pointing towards DJI dropping the OP4 Pro and Xtra releasing the Muse 2 Pro soon (both likely dual-lens and potentially 1-inch sensors), the market is getting crowded.

For those of you holding out, what is the ONE feature that will make you pull the trigger? Is it purely sensor size? Battery life? Better z-axis stabilization? Or something else?
