Replacement pair of Converse X Patta "Rain or Shine" Weapon OX & the Black/Black/Purple Weapon OX

Picked out my 25 favorite pictures from the current era of Converse. Gonna post them in 3 numbered posts

It arrived in the Boston area from California only slightly out of tune. Yet still the tuning pegs seem to have weird gaps when I turn them and probably need to be replaced, that and some Seymour Duncan's, and I think I found a good seller that also had about half a dozen other Guitars painted similar in different colors, but not all solid colored like this. The price was also good, around $180, I have no complaints whatsoever ... Strangely they seemed like one the best on Temu, and yet a couple days after it arrived their page disappeared, oh well .... Better than the last one I ordered a Zack Wylde Bullseye Chibson for about $50 more .. was all happy about the purchase, and they cancelled it a few days later saying it arrived damaged, oh well I think I did better with this one

The release date is May 1, for the Converse x Engineered Garments Converse Weapon Ox ... and they match the recent Converse Japan Pro Leather VTG Ox Colorways that just happened to have been packaged in a Black & White version of the Converse Weapon Box.

The Converse Pro Leather sole on the Oshmans/ Soma / Magforlia "Player Specs" Weapon, and the Shoe having No Toe Guard both line up with these new Pro Leather offerings from the same designers. ... And while the Player Specs Weapon was a Mix of Larry Bird & Bernard Kings Player Edition kicks. The two Pro Leather designs are obviously inspired by the Larry Bird & Magic Johnsons Converse Weapons. While all three use variations on the Classic Silver Converse Weapon Box.

It's not a High Top, and it's not a Converse Weapon, but it is All Leather & Triple Black. .... My other recent-ish Triple Black finds, the JPN Weapon SK OX, and CONS '98 are both Suede

....the only way was Converse Japan for CONS Weapon Retros, and it seemed like every pair was size 7 or 8, and around $200-300 was a normal price for basic Retros

I thank the Shoe Gods , that I found a Brand New pair of this 16 Year old Collaboration____these "Convertible" shoes with Tongue Gussets to lace through, are like Two Amazing pairs of Shoes in One
