Fed up

So I called last month because Kinetic put an extra $10 on my internet bill without warning, and I asked why. I already pay a whopping $133 dollars for service, up from the $75 I started out paying.

The rep offered me no explanation but said they could do a one-time "courtesy" $10 off my bill. She also said I was eligible for the $15 off for a year loyalty credit and that my bill would be lowered to what it was before - $75.

I say thank you and end the conversation.

Well, this months bill is generated, and my bill is $108.

I called, and I asked about this because the rep i previously spoke to confirmed 3 different times that my bill would be $75 the next time it generated.

They give me the run around, and aay a bill can not be changed once generated even though the first lady did, in fact, change the bill after it generated. But anyhow, they transferred me again to their loyalty department and I have another lady saying my next bill will be $61.

I think if it doesn't change this time I am dropping kinetic. They've steadily increased my internet bill about every 4 months until it reached an outlandish $133.40 every month when I was paying $75.

Question

So I am on food assistance (OH) and recently wanted to clear out my closet and found a second-hand app to sell on. I made $210 on this app from selling a switch, ds, and a few toys.My question is this: Does it count as earned income I need to report?

Worried about duties

Ok, so I bought a small gardening stand for 22.96, and they are sending it by boat . I'm scared because they have never sent anything I bought by boat before. I know they rolled back the under $800 rule for tariffs, and the receipt says nothing about import charges being included. I'm hearing conflicting info about Temu raising prices to cover the cost and Temu passing it off onto consumers, so which is it?

If anyone who has more knowledge about this than me could explain, that would ease my mind because I'm becoming neurotic about this.

Is there someone that can help?

I am 34 f autistic adult, and I am being emotionally abused by my parents. I finally got the courage to ask for my own apartment and am getting all kinds of backlash from mom and dad. I have a video of dad saying that if we do this (move out), they are dead to us and that our foodstamps do not belong to us and mom even said that we were "raising her blood pressure" by mentioning the move. So here's where I need help. I only have one income (SSI), and mom and dad are taking $300 of my $994 money every month. I need a $518 dollar deposit to get my own apartment and an electric deposit. That won't leave me much money for the first few months, and I was wondering if I could get financial help somewhere.

I'm sorry if asking this isn't allowed, but I have nowhere else to turn because my parents are also isolators, and I have no friends.
