Going Up and Up
The sulfur cube can carry its momentum upwards through Geysers, slime blocks, and pistons.
Oh and yes, this is part of an AFK Highway system using Sulfur cubes being built on my forever world

I've been working on a transit method using sulfur cubes. They travel at ~15 blocks per second after a slime block push.
Finally got all the piston timing on the upwards section figured out. This has taken a lot more time than anticipated, but a fun project.
Ive been messing around chaos cubed and found something cub would probably appreciate.
This sulfur cubes moves at 15 blocks per second, so it's about 3 times faster than minecarts and can stay fully hidden.
I've currently just made these 2 sections of track. After making these gifs yesterday, I was able to fully complete the upwards sections.
I hope to eventually make this AFK highway all the way to the theme park you see in gif 2
This concept works for any non-controllable mobs. You can make horses non-controllable by removing the saddle
Iced sulfur cubes are a pretty fast transit method. This transit method is about 3 times faster than minecarts at ~15 blocks per second when tested at slime block push.
I am building this all the way to the Theme park you see off in the distance. I want it to wind through the landscape. Its not the most efficient use of energy, but it'll look super cool ¯(ツ)/¯
The upwards-straight section is functional, but haven't done the upwards-diagonal section yet. Its the same mechanism I posted the other day, so its not really worth showing off,
Got a lotta work ahead of me ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ

I posted this Sulfer Cube Transit prototype from my Creative world the other day, and decided to start building it on my survival forever world.

Currently planning my forever world's transit system in my creative world
Gif1: You can raise them up to follow the terrain.
Gif2: Slime blocks are very competent.

I Love planet coaster and I've been inspired to design a theme park in mine craft just like I would in PC!
All of the Rides are 100% rideable thanks to redstone and leads :).
I tried to mimic Planet coaster's Ridercam and recorded 360 degree videos of some of the rides. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1hHuDKWZgffuavCuWebKll9baiFGdSUk&si=09yCeeDOItC0Zywo
Mods, sorry if this isn't allowed :(
I know season 12 is a probaby LONG ways away as hermits a DEEP into big projects, but it could be cool if they did a mega continent where everyone built a base on the same 2000x2000 continent that is surrounded by an ocean. Obviously you could go beyond for other projects and what not.
This map allows Everyone to spread out, but feel connected, and literally make a massive Hermit Island
I used this seed for my forever world (2nd picture) https://www.chunkbase.com/apps/seed-map#seed=5737815045236952222&platform=java_26_1&dimension=overworld&x=1477&z=390&zoom=0.18
here is a Horse-race Steeplechase ride I made!
There are boat-carts below the racecourse that drag the horses along the track with leads. It works as long as the horse doesn't have a saddle.
Right now, all of the horses finish at "the same time", the next step will be to add win randomization. This will be done with dispensers placed along the track and water log some of the rails at random intervals, to briefly slow a horse.
This is one of 5 rides in my Full-scale, fully-functional Theme park. I've been building this in survival on my Forever world :)
other rides: -classic wooden coaster -Ferris wheel -Merry-go-round -Star Flyer Chair-swing
Each ride is also ride able as well with 360 pov's made as well.
360° POV of a wooden coaster i built in my forever world. 100% survival: Tree farm + deforestation.
replay mod is so much more difficult than flashback mod to work with -_-
Found this at 1:30 am, was playing my switch in my bed before I was about to go to bed, I turn to my side and see this lil guy. its now 3:10 am and I still cant sleep or get into my bed. This is one of my worst nightmares. I have to go to work at 10:30 :(
Ive been suspecting bed bugs for a bit now as Ive noticed a new occasional itchy red bump on my body every few days for the last ~2 months, so ive been searching regularly, and never found any signs outside of the bumps.
Im like 90% sure this is one, so I already reported it after catching it in a plastic tube. I've also done a search of a bed, not a super deep search, but as much as my body is willing to at 2am.
