Have any of you encountered this bug? I have downloaded this game on PS5 couple of days ago but seems the bug to be still there... any ideas how to fix it?

Hello! I’ve never been to an event like Gamescom before but as a huge Resident Evil and Silent Hill fan, I’d really love to attend this year as my fav games are in their Rennaisance era.
Do you have any recommendations on which day would be best for visiting the Capcom and Konami booths? Is the first / last day better for some special announcements, or are the middle days a better choice because the booths might be less crowded?
I’d also really appreciate any general tips for a first-time visitor.
Sooo I did the Resident Evil 30th Anniversary poll, and there were a couple of questions I thought I’d share for anyone who didn’t take it.
First they asked us to choose our favorite characters from each game, which was expected. But then it got more interesting: they asked which character I’d want as my boss lol ( if u are curious, I chose Jill and Chris whenever they were available; As much as I love Ada, Leon, Claire, Sherry, and the others I just don’t really see them as boss figures)
Then they asked which characters I’d want working under me and that’s where I chose some of my other favorites, went heavy on Leon, hunnigan, sherry - they seem like professionls and will get the job done.
Another question was about our favorite and hardest monsters. I went very heavy on Outbreak here because I loved the leech boss, as well as the lion and elephant zombies. I really hope they bring those concepts back. I also gave some love to the OG crow/dog zombie monsters.
Of course a very expected question was also asked which is regarding the camera angle I prefer. It wasn’t even a multiple choice so had to go with 3rd person, I just love seeing my characters.
P.S. I found it funny how for Ethan it's just a picture of the hands and a gun, not even a half hidden face.
Now that Code Veronica remake is happening, one of the (many!) things I'm excited to see is the Ashford portrait puzzle reimagined. It's one of my favorite puzzles in the series because it's quintessential Resident Evil Castle where puzzle adds more to the lore, you literally piece together the Ashford family's history as you solve it.
