Had my second loop interview today, but it lasted less than 30 minutes. Out of this, 10 minutes went into intro and me asking the interviewer a few queries. What to make of this? My phone screening with the HM and loop round 1 with skip level HM went good. Have one more interview left for tomorrow. I’m getting anxious. What to make of this?

Going through the loop for the mentioned position. Need to know the pay structure and what is the maximum that they can offer since I am already near 30 compensation wise which is mostly fixed.
