Ya know I bring these to work and give them to my co workers for free and most of the time people don’t eat them and they get wasted.

This one took some practice but nailed it.

Turn 41 in a few months. My son told me the other day I was from the 1900’s and the way he said it made me feel ancient.

55% hydration gets me the best bagel usually.

I realized air flow made quite the difference. I need a bigger oven.
