I’m about to buy my first bike tomorrow: a really clean VanMoof No. 3. My only concern is that I’m short (vertically challenged) at 167 cm. The seller says it’s a 61 cm frame with 28-inch wheels, but I can’t find any evidence online that the No. 3 was ever made in a 61 cm size.

Do you think it’s worth traveling to another city to check it out? And if it does turn out to be too big, is it possible to swap the 28-inch wheels for 26-inch wheels, or would that not realistically solve the fit?
