I'm a 22-year-old male and I've been doing NoFap for a while.

Over the past few months, I've had about 4 episodes where I had a full orgasm with ejaculation, but I wasn't sexually aroused at all. There were no sexual thoughts, no porn, and no intentional stimulation.

One time it happened while I was driving. Today it happened while I was foam rolling my quads after a workout. It came on completely out of nowhere.

I also had a wet dream a few nights ago, but these awake episodes feel completely different.

Has anyone experienced something similar? If so:

• Did you ever find out what caused it?
• Was it related to pelvic floor muscles, nerves, or prolonged abstinence?
• Did you see a urologist or neurologist, and what did they say?

I'm planning to get it checked medically, but I'm curious if anyone else has had the same experience. Docs probably will say go jack off lol
