Knee pain

I had this on my X/ray report “Bilaterally there is prominent osteophyte formation at the articular margins of the acetabuli, leading to over-coverage of the femoral heads”
I have mri next week.
But I’m just wondering if anyone has similar.
I’m in chronic pain and bed ridden some days -
But weirdly suffering agony in my right knee.
But I don’t know why - and wondering if anyone has the same ? And if so, any advice re. Managing the pain?

Knee pain? Referred?

Hi I have lower back/ LA5-S1 problems and
“Bilaterally there is prominent osteophyte formation at the articular margins of the acetabuli, leading to over-coverage of the femoral heads.”
Copied from my xray report.

I have chronic back pain - but i keep getting varying degrees of discomfort/ pain and throbbing/ burning pain in my right knee, on the front (like the knee cap area)

Hurts especially driving - and
I was just wondering if anyone else have had this?
Could it be referred pain?
It even hurts when I’m lying down and it’s always the right, Tia for any advice/ guidance/ support

Avalynne a terrible name?
Obviously shortened to Ava.
Also how would you pronounce it? I don’t want people struggling to pronounce it …
I’m in the uk btw not sure if that makes any difference? But just saying
