Don’t recall any trauma but there could’ve been some
How long should I wait until I get it checked out

Male 25
Overweight
Noticed this after had blood in my urine that lasted a day and cleared up…after an aspirin over use for 10 days in Aug 2024

Since then Jan 25 and March 25 had blood work and urine tests
Protein negative both times
Creatinine normal both times
BUN normal both times
Egfr in Jan was 115
Usg of kidney normal

Only thing found grade 1 fatty liver
ALT 76

But symptoms still include:
foamy urine
(Except when I pee really slowly at the right angle into a plastic bottle)
Not visibly swollen feet but after reading about symptoms online I feel like I have extra fluid in them even though everyone says they look normal
Read about muscle spasms..the next day I had them whole body..more like quick twitches very minor only at rest and extra when I’m anxious
BP left arm 126/85…right arm 115/75

2D echo ECG normal

Thoughts?
