Has anyone else received reminder emails/texts to complete their ADHD assessment questionnaires after already submitting them?

My child’s GP referral was recently accepted, and I received an email with all the questionnaires to complete. I filled everything in and submitted them the same day.

Yesterday, though, I started getting texts and emails saying there were still a couple of forms that needed completing and that I’d only have access until today.

I’ve already submitted a web form to Care ADHD explaining that I’d completed everything and asking them to confirm they’d received my questionnaires, but I haven’t had a response yet, so I’m starting to worry that something has gone wrong.

Has anyone else had reminder messages after submitting all their forms? Are these reminders just sent automatically to everyone, or could it mean that some of my questionnaires haven’t been received?

I’d really appreciate hearing if anyone has had a similar experience. Thanks!

I received a cheque today in my maiden name. I changed my name with Monzo after getting married last September and provided my marriage certificate as proof, so they have a record of both names.

The company that issued the cheque is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I’ve had this exact issue before, and although they eventually reissued it in the correct name, it took around 8 weeks, countless phone calls, and hours on hold.

Is Monzo likely to let me pay it in anyway, given they already have proof of my name change? Has anyone been in the same situation?

My husband and I are going to the theatre next month and are looking for recommendations on where to get a nice meal nearby. We’re pretty open to any cuisine, one of us have mobility issues so the closer to the theatre the better! Thanks in advance! :)

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice from anyone who has experience with tripod dogs.

Kona has unfortunately had to have her front right leg amputated today. She’s still very young (7 months old), and we’re all worried about making sure she recovers as well as possible and has the best quality of life going forward.

I’d really appreciate any advice at all on post-op recovery and aftercare, helping her adjust at home, preventing strain on the other legs/joints, exercise and weight management, things you wish you’d known earlier and general tips for raising a happy tripod dog.
