So I'm looking for a powerful 18 inch laptop for my work, and also for gaming. Sadly as I'm not the son of Bill Gates, nor do I live in the USA with the best deals available, laptops like the Lenovo Legion 9i and such are out of my league.
I have narrowed my potential purchase down to the MSI Vector A18 HX or the Acer Predator Helios Neo 18 AI. Both of these laptops are from somewhat of a budget tier brand, and sadly both are missing crucial features. The MSI doesnt have Gsync, whereas the Acer doesnt allow undervolting, and its known to be a laptop with bad cooling. On the bright side, the MSI has the AMD CPU, which is a tiny bit better in CPU intensive tasks, but the Acer has a Mini Led screen. Which one would you recommend? Is the missing Gsync that bad? Or is the lack of undervolt worse?
