What's your favorite solo dining experience in the city?

My wife is going to visit friends out of state over the weekend, so I'm taking myself out to eat! I know the hot suggestions will always be Indo, Yellowbelly, Olive and Oak, Balkan, etc. But I want to know which place in the city is your favorite to dine alone at. No dietary restrictions and not afraid of spice.

They're a bit shit.

Edit: The bottom cookie part is internally soft like wet sand and sticks to the teeth. The chocolate coating tastes almost sour. The ice cream is worse than the generic ice cream sandwiches that Aldi stocks (ngl I fuck with those heavy tho) Overall a bad product that I took the hit on so we all can know are bad.
