Small mosquito bite looking spots on legs and arms
26F, as of the past few days I have roughly 8-9 small mosquito bite looking spots on my legs, arms, and now one on my lower abdomen. I haven’t seen any mosquitos near me. They are itchy at first but then stop itching and just kind of get an orange scab. I moved into a new apartment last month with my boyfriend and my cat. I’ve checked my cat for flea dirt and he doesn’t have any, just has some dry skin but he has a history of skin allergies so that’s not uncommon for him. My boyfriend has absolutely no bites or itchiness, and we share a bed and are both in the apartment every day. I checked around the apartment, especially in the bed and upstairs rug, and haven’t found any bugs or fleas besides a house centipede. I have a history of atopic dermatitis and eczema, and I have very sensitive skin in general, but these look more like bites than eczema or hives? I made an appt with a dermatologist for Monday but can’t stop thinking about this so decided to post. I attached the picture of the two near my knee, but I also have one on my other knee, two on my hip, one on my upper left arm, one on my lower abdomen, and two on my right wrist area. They are pretty small.
