I am 15M and I have barely ever retracted my foreskin.

I did it once and got dizzy and panicked

Pretty sure it was just anxiety and not a medical issue

I wanna pull it back again and slowly learn to properly clean it

But idk how to

Also I wanna ask how frequent do I have to pull back and clean it

Cant I just wait it out untill 18 when I can go to a doctor and just have a responsible adult beside me who can teach me how to pull back my foreskin😭

Today I masturbated and was cleaning up at the end. I decided to pull my foreskin back for the first time and got dizzy and started panicking and almost fainted.

I panicked so much and got so anxious

But I really want proper sex education about foreskin and stuff like how do I properly and safely pull it back, how do I clean it while bathing etc.
