Is this worrisome if it hasn’t moved in at least 5 years?

This crack starts and stops around these arrows and has been here for at least 5 years. I have a picture of the same crack from around 5 years ago and it has not gotten any bigger. May have been here for much longer but that’s the earliest I’ve known it to exist since we moved in 5 years ago. The structure is 40 years old. Would this be worrisome or something to just continue to keep a watchful eye on?

What is this?

Pile found in garage along a wall. It easily crushes into dust when I squeeze it. No other piles that I can see or find? Is this evidence of termites or something else? The second picture is me scooping up some of the pile for a closer look. I live in southeast Michigan.

Is This A Problem

Can anyone explain what is happening here? This one block is offset and has a gap (that was filled with spray foam). The other side of this wall is a garage. There is no other block above this point and on the interior I can see the wood framing which I believe is sitting on top of this block. No basement beneath the garage. House was built in 1990. Also, it has been this way for years.

Is this a big deal? Immediate fix or is it something that can wait?
