Do these wires look right?
AC is turned off on thermostat. I only have the fan running but the AC seems to be on

Circ function
thinking of getting a new thermostat and it has a circ function. It’s says the fan will run for 15-20 minutes an hour. Is that a consistent 15-20 minutes or does it kick on and off every few minutes to equal a total of 15-20 and hour?
