Free river rock

Before I wind up renting an excavator and hauling all of this to LFP, does anyone want some free small to medium river rock? Probably 4-6 yards in total. Maybe half of it is still in the ground and that half is still in soil. West Eugene area.

Looking for input for how to best handle (virtual) residential property claims in Alaska.

Xactimate does not consistently provide reliable estimates for either labor or materials in many parts of Alaska. Any tips and tricks for dressing up files for ACs/QIs to justify the large deviations from xactimate pricing required to handle many of these claims?

As a statistician I can document that small sample sizes result in larger standard deviations around the mean until I am blue in the face (I haven’t actually done this yet, but I’ve been tempted), but I am tired of taking large chunky hits to my KPIs due to rejections in these markets, along with the DOI complaints/PAs that can come with it.
