What is going on here. I'm so lost maybe I should just refile

So tired of waiting and calling. Still waiting sinc e I mailed my return in January. Irs doesnt see it collection sees something AI says the have it but ain't nothing changing on my Id.me page. So FED UP!!!!

Does this mean they dont have my return. Been waiting since January

After waiting since January and no 2025 transcript and all the icons on my id.me page i wake up to this...Wth...now what?!!!!

After waiting all this time since January for an update a transcript or something all i get is this on the balance due page. Can someone plz tell me wats going on!!!
