How does an angel birth a nephilim if they're possessing a female?
Do they need to possess a male to birth a nephilim? Or does the possessed female grow a penis? Or maybe intercourse isn't needed to birth a nephilim?

My manager had his ChatGPT side bar shown and "genital herpes symptoms" was one of his chats 😭
I (28m) have been with my girlfriend (28f) for 3 years. I've only been intimate with her since we met. However, a few days ago I began having symptoms consistent with herpes (without too much detail, it's worse than oral cold sores).
After reading about the virus for a while and speaking with my doctor, it seems like those infected can be asymptomatic for a long time and then the symptoms can arise randomly. So perhaps I got it before we met, I'm really not sure.
I know when I bring this up to her, she is going to think I was intimate with someone else. But I genuinely haven't been. I had no idea what the symptoms were when they started, but I went to a doctor yesterday and they told me it was classic herpes symptoms. Now I'm waiting for my blood test to come back.
How would you all suggest I bring this up to her?
To answer the obvious, I am avoiding any intimacy with her until we both know what's going on and any risk of giving this to her is nullified.
I've had social issues since I was a child... it's always felt like I'm mimicking what "normal" people do. Nothing feels normal, socially, except interactions with my girlfriend (who is also on the spectrum).
However, when I drink with strangers, coworkers, etc., I can finally "socialize" like them. I only drink like 4 times a year, so I'm not saying I have an addiction. But I'm curious if anyone reacts similarly? And if anyone has found a healthy alternative that achieves similar results?
