As one of the biggest Iku fans, I’ve been longing to see some more focus on Iku. While I originally liked her for her gimmick, I came to love her more for being a hard-driven character who’d push through even way beyond her limits and her own values (especially in the baseball tournament and the training chapter with Mei). Seeing her solo date get cut really had me down, and all the past spin-off chapters didn’t contain much focus on Iku, so I was really hoping that this chapter won’t be another let-down.

And just as it is, it didn’t disappoint. She’s finally proven again that she’s more than just a masochist. She actually takes intense effort seriously, and she perfectly understands the value of the effort she’s put in for herself. Applying that value to Rana was a heartwarming experience, and her support for her on the final 1000th strike, it was all really that worthwhile. Of course, a big part of it was still just her getting paddled, but that final strike still felt like a fraction of what she did on the baseball tournament. It made me really happy, and this new dynamic is one of the first Iku ships I can like for a meaningful reason.

If there’s one trait my Lunos cannot counter, it’s always Zombies, and I unfortunately lack good firepower against that trait (even thiugh I have Cat Chief). This is 2 crowns btw, and there will be a third. Anyway, I spedran the game too fast and I don’t even have max Research, Shigong takes like 7 - 11 seconds to spawn.

No, I’m being serious here. I finally got to ul on my new account. I didn’t have the NP to get Rodeo takents, nor the capability to beat Primeval Cyclone (probably), or the time for Growing Strange to get an Elder Catfruit for Slapsticks. And I beat Okame Revenge before this so…Medusa tf goated.

Now all that’s left is iCat…and the limited super rares too.

I have a lot of mixed feelings about all the ubers I got…

Well, aside from Hakari and Karane at the start of the series, but they both eventually evolved to become supportive with one another. Since this is the first technical love triangle dynamic, how do ya’ll feel about it? Well…I don’t think it changes much since it’s already a polygamous relationship, minus the competition.

Fans opinions on CotE is a really wide net that I fail to encompass full. Aside from the cringe fandom, I still don’t really understand why people hate on it so much. I’ve only seen up until half of season 2, so I’m just saying what I think is how everyone perceive’s it? I think one of the reasons is the edgy trope the MC plays. I think it’s cause some people fail to understand his perspective? It’s a very psychological mind game that I can probably idealize very broadly.

So I beat hard stage with (insert literal meta uber), congrats, no skill involved. I beat said stage but on a really early progression standpoint where I shouldn’t be able to beat even with meta uber. Just because I have Lunos means there’s no skill involved? The hardest stage I completed currently really took a lot of focus and RNG for me to beat, and they’ll still say ”it’s cause you have Lunos”. Maybe I’m partly in the wrong for doing what I think is celebrage (kinda/maybe? not sure it’s actually celebrage). What’s so wrong with using a meta uber? I have free will, you just want me to just ban myself from getting ubers? You don’t want me to make things easier for myself since I’ve gone to cotc without spending tickets ever?
