Boy Name Help PLEASE

Hi name nerds,

I posted from this same throwaway a couple years ago (here) and the hypothetical that I imagined then has come to reality: baby boy on the way!

Some context copied from my previous post:

Our current kids are Leo Pascal and Mary Emmanuelle. Leo goes by Leo, but at home we sometimes use Pascal as a nickname too. Mary Emmanuelle is either the full "double-barreled" name or Emmy - very rarely just Mary.

We have a list a mile long of girl names we love, but we have SUCH a hard time with boys.

-- any religious/Saint name would get extra "points" from my very Catholic husband, lol

-- I like the name Joseph but I don't like Mary/Joseph sibling names; could do Joseph as a middle?

-- we're okay with going a little out there but don't want to be "those" people whose kids names are all extra

We have some that have not been double-vetoed, but none that we're really excited about. We're open to having a more "standard" name and a more unique nickname if that works out? For example, Wim for William, Monty for Simon Thomas, etc.

Some that we kind of like (generally one of us likes each more than the other):

- William Joseph

- Soren

- James

- Simon

- Silas

- Benedict

- Elias

- Francis - now that we have a Pope Leo, I don't really want this as a first name

- Thomas

- Charles

- John

+ I really like Adrian but we have some acquaintances with a Leo and an Adrian and I feel like our world is too small to do that lol

My husband really likes Clement as a middle name (I am firmly ANTI for a first name) but mentioning in case someone has a stroke of brilliance with a combo>nickname there

Anyone have more ideas? Or thoughts on the above? Any help would be SO appreciated!!!
