This one is extra special because it’s made with black soybeans (seoritae), which gives the broth that beautiful, rich grey color. It is incredibly nutty (gosoe-han), creamy, yet so clean and refreshing.

Injeolmi bingsu!!

Nothing beats Injeolmi Bingsu when it’s hot! I love other bingsu too, but there’s just something about that nutty flavor that keeps me coming back for more.
