Any logical reason why frame 6 (orange) displays for one more frame into frame 7 (yellow) even tho it's clearly already changed on the timeline?

I downloaded the newest version of sai2 to try out dark mode and stuff, but when I moved all the textures from the folders in my old sai2, none of them worked?

could it be pixel size or something? that would be confusing since it worked in the older sai2 but idk at this point
