Hauling hot asphalt oil?
Currently do local foodservice in the PNW. Saw an ad for a local hot asphalt oil hauler with comparable pay to what I make ($35-$39). No hazmat endorsement needed, obvs tanker endorsement required.
Is it generally pretty easy compared to food service? How noxious is the smell when you're driving? Will I get an excessive amount of bullshit from being a gal doing the job?
My current gig is Union but I'm getting real sick of broken equipment, slipseating (I found chicken bones in the truck last week), and the general bullshittery / office politics that's going on.
Thanks in advance.
