I found this part next to my E28 while it was parked, it looks like it definitely belongs to it but I cannot see from underneath where it belongs. I've done some research and it looks to be a bushing of some sort but I have yet to find the exact part to replace. Does anyone have any ideas?

Apologies for the low quality pics! Some scratch refried black beans, fresh corn tortillas, and marinated pork tenderloin all grilled on my baby Webber kettle on the street. Bonus shot of some leftover beans, rice, and eggs I had for breakfast the night after. I cannot recommend enough how good of a purchase a tortilla press and a small grill is for the summer.
