I swapped the engine of my VF500F after breaking a valve with one from the F2. The results were great, it went in easy and runs great. However, I found a lower cowl after a long search, and I'm afraid to run it with the cowl installed because it seems the headers are rubbing the inside of the cowl. Is that supposed to happen or did i install the headers wrong?

It's a steering lock for a moped. I want to be able to use one key for all locks, obviously. Do I need to remove the blue loctite around the spring pin to remove the cylinder?
