2018 Jeep Wrangler JL 3.6

I keep losing coolant, but there are no visible leaks. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I did the combustion test, and it shows I have exhaust gas in my coolant. But after some research, I found that my EGR can cause the same issues.

Is there a way to find which one is causing the misfire and rough idle?

It mainly rough-idles after the Jeep is hot. I let it sit, and when I start it up again, about 30 minutes to an hour later, that is when it rough idles/misfire
