Update: Earnly Driver is live on App Store + I just used it for a real Flex block
Just finished a 1.5 hour block, made $48, ended up on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere outside Phoenix (pic attached, my Mazda 2 was not built for this).
Tracked the whole thing with my own app. 26.22 miles, $18.36 in IRS deduction. Felt weird and good at the same time using something I built for a year to log a shift I actually drove today.
App is officially live on App Store now, no more TestFlight needed:

Still free. Still no signup. Still local data only. Still my actual side project not some VC startup pretending to care about drivers.
A few of you in the last thread asked about features I'm building next. From the feedback here I'm working on:
- Vehicle type at setup (gas/electric/hybrid changes how the deduction math works)
- Tracking gas and MPG so you know your REAL dollar per hour after fuel, not just gross
- Smart nudges so the app pokes you if you arrive at the station and forgot to start, or if you stopped moving for a while and forgot to end
My Mazda 2 gets 33 MPG which is great for Flex, but I had no way to easily calculate "ok I made $48 but spent $X on gas so my real take is $Y." That's coming.
If you tried it already, let me know what sucked. If you're new here, install and break it. Honest reviews on App Store would help a lot too since I'm starting from zero stars.
Happy to keep answering questions. This community gave me some of the best product feedback I've gotten so going to keep showing up here.
