So I run a sub crew and I want to find out how to best pay my workers. Do I keep them on an hourly rate? Or do I pay them a per bundle rate?

Going piece work seems like a good idea, but how do I make sure that everyone is getting paid fairly? And how do I pay an installer versus a helper?

I'm very curious on how any of you have handled the pay structure side of running a crew. (I just want to make sure my guys are treated fairly and making good money, while incentivizing them to bust their butts and help me smash as many roofs as possible.)
