Is it just me or is there anyone else who hates flat pack furniture with a foaming at the mouth passion?! Kid you not have such sore fingers and a zillion allan keys now. It's all fine and dandy seeing at Big Save and Harvey, but I'm pooped. Need a sick day tomorrow 🤧

So I'm soon to be 60, am in good health and have excellent lab results. I could be physically fitter, and have no physical restrictions, and could eat more protein being a vegan. Please suggest a plan to stay healthy and fit for the next few decades. Plan to be a healthy and capable octogenarian ☺️
