are there any 2027 roles that I still might have a shot at?

Hi everyone I'm an incoming junior transfer at WashU and I'm really stressed about Housing as I need to send WashU my new resident address in order to finish workday onboarding and register for classes. I'm really broke so looking for cheapest options that are close to campus. There's a 3 bedroom penthouse at Everly thats like $840/month but there's also other cheaper options for as low as $650 but are these legit? has anyone had any experience with these? My main priority is proximity to campus and laundry. Having a bed and other furnished stuff would be nice but please let me know if that's too much to ask for my budget.
