100km walk
A few years ago I did 2 50km walks. First one was hellish towards the end, second one was ‘fine’. I’m now thinking of doing a 100 walk in September, but am curious how people who have done that found it?
A follow on question, which feels stupid to ask, is what people do to slow themselves down? My natural walking pace is quite fast, 6.5 k/hour and I know that’s bad for very long distances but I always end up reverting to it, even if I try not to.
