Office chair for upper back pain
Having upper back pain on the left side mostly. Had bought a new chair and I think that is the problem. I am a 5’5” tall woman weighing about 155 lbs. Sit 8 hrs per day working. Can someone suggest a good chair that specifically helps with upper back pain? Thanks so much!
