Horrible experience at the cinema today - Michael Jackson’s film

I have misophonia and I’m a huge music “nerd”. I wanted to watch Michael’s film at the cinema so I booked my ticket with the illusion of enjoying the experience.

Well, it was a nightmare. I made sure of booking the last function, on a Sunday, at the very last row of seats to clearly avoid all type of people eating their f*cking snacks. Not one, but TWO couples without manners whatsoever, sit by my side and made all the possible sounds you can imagine. I haven’t been to the movies in 3/4 years…

I didn’t leave the theater because I really wanted to watch the movie, even if my blood pressure was off the roof.

I’m trying to book a different ticket to watch it again. But if this happens again, I’m never going back to the damn cinema.

Help to understand if this was AP or not last night, please.

So, when I was a teenager I used to leave my body very often, I experienced sleep paralysis every single night, and I used to have extremely realistic dreams where I used to float on the street, for example.
These episodes started fading away into adulthood. I experienced sleep paralysis though a couple of years ago but it was extremely uncomfortable.

The thing is that a few months ago I took a nap during the day. I was ironing my clothes and I decided to take a short nap. I fell asleep and I saw myself ironing clothes and watching TV as when I was fully awake. It was very real and it didn’t feel like a dream. I woke up and I thought I was literally ironing the clothes before.

Last night, I woke up at around 3am. Took some water and went back to sleep. This time I felt the sleep paralysis again and my whole body was vibrating. I felt physical vibrations in my limbs. I see then that I leave my body, I turn and I see my body lying on bed. For the first time ever I was not scared of the sleep paralysis and I even asked with my mind if “they” (I’m an NHI experiencer) were there, but there was just silence. I even see the room was dark and some light coming through the curtains. It was very real. The vibration continued and it felt uncomfortable, so I went back to my body and I fell asleep.

Can someone explain to me what happened last night? Was it AP? Why the physical vibration in my body?
I also want to see if it’s possible to leave the room and “fly” and make the experience last longer. I would love to go through the other dimension but I don’t know where to start from or how to make it last longer and visit other places.

Thanks 🙏🏻 💖

Migraine after social encounter

I met an acquaintance after maaaany years yesterday. Nice meeting, met over a cup of coffee, small talk, etc etc. When I was on my way home, I had some sort of sadness or low vibration. When I finally got home, the worst eye migraine hit me. Is this normal?? I won’t put myself into that situation again. I do want to be more social but it just drains all my energy.
