how ugly i feel irritates me so bad and it makes me so sad that i can’t even look in the mirror anymore

i literally feel like i don’t need anyone and im willing to let my relationships fall apart because i feel like i only need myself. it’s hard for me to know if im just not thinking straight because all the relationships in my life are toxic but i know id be so unhappy without these relationships. it’s such a destructive way of thinking
