I have been working on setting up a new PC. For some reason it seems that app font decides randomly that it is wanting to be blurry. I've googled and tried to turn off settings for this, but to no avail. Not sure what information would be pertinent to get help, but if anyone can at least point me in the right direction I'd love to get this resolved.

A little more detail, the task bar at the bottom of the page stays solid, no blurriness, etc. I notice it most on Slack, but it happens on chrome and other apps also. It makes the font nearly illegible. If i scroll up and down a couple times on the appt it will usually go back to normal, but would love this to stop happening if possible
