9070xt fans

Recently for a xfx quicksilver 9070xt, Is it normal for the gpu fans to not spin while playing rocket league? Around 125-130 F at 65-70% usage. Everything generally stock off Adrenalin minus power limit at 5% (not tuning everything else until stability)
EDIT: zero RPM is enabled so assuming that’s why. Should that be disabled?
Edit #2: moving back to my hometown next month (high desert) where it’s normally 100+ daily for most of the year. Should I adjust fan curve ? If so, any suggestions?

GPU Upgrade Suggestions

So I built a pre fab in December (while prices were still good) from CPPC.. I’m having driver timeouts hardcore with my 9060xt that came with it. Did all the fixes there people have suggested in the amd sub reddit and no avail so I think it’s unfortunately a dud. Cant RMA it because I replaced the PSU. So looking for suggestions, I weas thinking just side grading for a 5060Ti or upgrading to a 9070xt. My build currently has a R7 9700X with 32gb Kingston fury ddr5 ram. 850w gold PSU. Thanks for the help

Mainly game (Rocket league, RDR2, looking to start Elden rings) I multitask on the internet too with some photo editing. Monitor handles 144 fps so it’s maxed there and it’s a budget 2k screen but would like a stronger 1440p gaming experience

9060xt crashes (what’s new)

EDIT: to fit format, my apologies
Computer Type: Desktop
GPU: ASRock Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X
Motherboard: MSI PRO-B850-VC WIFI (MS-7E56)
BIOS Version: E7E56AMSI.2A75
RAM: 32 gb DDR5 Kingston fury 6400 ms/t (marketed but bios has it set as default 4800 ms/t)
PSU: Be Quiet! 850W (non-modular, B+ rated)
Case: Not specified
Operating System & Version: W11 25H2
GPU Drivers: AMD Adrenalin drivers 26.5.2
Chipset Drivers: 8.02.18.557
Background Applications: Discord, Chrome, games (Rocket League, Red Dead Redemption 2, etc.)

Description of Original Problem:
System experiencing random GPU/game crashes. With an ASRock Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB paired with a AMD Ryzen 7 9700X, games crash 1–2 times daily, either:
At idle with a game open on the main menu
Mid-match (Rocket League, RDR2, etc.)
Current behavior:
Reducing power limit (-10%) did not help
Resetting GPU clocks to default did not help
Disabling AMD Adrenalin features (FSR/RSR/etc.) did not help
Fresh driver install using DDU did not fix issue
Upgrading PSU to 850W Be Quiet unit did not fix issue
Now games may crash immediately on launch

Troubleshooting Already Done:
DDU clean driver reinstall
Fresh AMD Adrenalin install
GPU power limit reduced (-10%)
BIOS GPU settings reset to default
Disabled AMD upscaling / driver features
PSU upgraded to higher quality 850W unit
Confirmed instability persists across multiple games

Notes / Pattern Observed:
Issue worsens over time (progressed from occasional crashes → now crashes on launch)
Suggests possible:
GPU driver instability or corruption
GPU hardware instability (VRAM or core)
BIOS / PCIe stability issue
Less likely PSU (already upgraded
