I feel like I have als

I'm a very anxious person (health anxiety)

I've been worried about my heart for the past 4 years including symptoms like chest,arm,jaw pains pressure in chest , shortness of breath etc .

Recently I've noticed my right calf felt stiff and weaker I didn't think of als as at that moment I thought I had pitting edema witch I went to the doctors for .I should say I was ocompnied by random pains in my leg . I noticed my toe started twitching it felt like a vain twitch and didn't think to much of it not my hands feel weaker and legs and I've been getting twitches in random spots I can still lift things put it feels a little harder like kinda weight heavy I have been doing alot of pull ups as of late witch is new to me as I bearly work out as I'm disabled and very skinny (23m)

But that doesn't explain the leg "weakness"

I should mention I can't make a fist anyway and I have no airpockets in my knuckles so I'm grip have always been not great but I feels like my hands are getting more tired faster and getting cramps alot in my left hand.
