Went to the Suzuki demo ride today

Went to the demo ride after work. It was a ton of fun and I understand why people like crotch rockets now, although they are still uncomfortable long term.

I road the GSX-S 1000 which was pretty smooth and quick enough. It was weird getting the RPM's so high. Second I took the Vstrom 800 out which was not as fast and more comfortable to ride. Both were fun bikes.

Tomorrow I'm going to try to ride the hyabusa if no one else has it by then and probably take the gsx-s again. Will probably take the blue bike in the picture if the busa isn't avaliable.

They basically have you pick a bike and give you the time the next ride is. 10 minutes before the ride they make u watch a video then u get on ur bike and take it for a rip in a group ride. Glad I went.

A rare sight in it's natural habitat

Caught this Harley Electra Glide in its nesting area during its molting stage. Not to often are you able to see it in this stage of development as its very susceptable to damage. Once enough time elipses it will turn into a fully functioning Harley Davidson.

You will know when the process is complete when it grows a side car, new drive belt and fully functioning saddle bags. A mature Harley Davidson also has a continuous drip of a black oily substace, marking its teritory where ever it goes. Fully mature stage 2 Harleys can somtimes be heard for miles singing their distinct chugging mating call.

Behold the beauty of nature In its natural habitat.

Glad to finally be in a position to have these

From living in subsidised housing to living in a house on a half acre with my two favorite bikes. Sometimes I look around at everything in amazment that I'm in the position I'm in. It was a long road getting here.

Every lug nut or risk the sheet metal spinning and stripping the nut underneath. Chevy and ford both have them but I've never had one just spin the sheet metal around the nut until now.
