Doing good in a corporate world (working in a German firm)

Never consumed alcohol, not a cigarette till this day.

But now I just want to live a life which I likes..so I love to grow my hairs and that is triggering my entire family. Suddenly they turned against me said like I'm kanjav..we had so many expectations from you..yellam tholachalloda...

See the back side of hair is curling upwards...I want that to be like a flow towards bottom, anybody have any tips?
